Welcome to the Student Help Advice Reporting Page System (SHARP).

We all work together at The Vocational College to help you and those you care about with any problems you may have in or out of College.

Our Safeguarding and Support Team are:

Jess Raybould

Jess is the Safeguarding Manager for The Vocational College and also Equality and Diversity. Jess' job is to ensure that the college is supporting all learners appropriately on all programmes and that learners are safe and enjoying their time with The Vocational College.

John Jones

John is the Student Services Officer and Deputy Safeguarding Lead. He is based in the Wheatland Lane site. John supports learners to overcome any barriers or issues that they are struggling with as well as following up attendance for the study programme.

Michelle Cooke

Michelle is the Student Services Assistant and works to ensure that study programme and alternative provision learners are supported on site as well as offering a space for time out if required.

Laura Lane

Laura is the deputy centre manager at Wheatland Lane and coordinates the alternative provision at the centre. Laura works closely with local schools and providers as well as offering ongoing support to the alternative provision learners.

 

Amy Brown

Amy is a functional skills tutor at Wheatland Lane working with study programme and alternative provision learners. Amy has completed Safeguarding training and is available to chat to or get advice.

 

Peter Robinson

Peter is the Glazing tutor at Wheatland Lane working with study programme and alternative provision learners. Peter has completed Safeguarding training and is available to chat to or get advice.

 

The Vocational College S.H.A.R.P System provides lots of useful information about issues faced by people in the community. There are also links to other useful websites and information on what support is available for people.
